It’s getting to the time of year when goldfish in bowls can be released into ponds

If you have unwanted fish in bowl/tank (not ponds) drop us a e-mail.  See Noticeboard on website for more details.  A small donation would be appreciated

The Hull Animal Welfare Trust was established in 1982 and in the subsequent years has re homed tens of thousands of animals. These are dogs, cats, rabbits and other small animals. It also incorporates the famous Hull Hedgehog Hospital.

Serving the Hull and East Riding area, the Trust is based at Sunnydene Animal Shelter and relies on a limited number of paid staff and a loyal and committed band of volunteers to deliver a wide variety of tasks. We receive no formal assistance and rely on donations, fundraising and practical help to carry out this fabulous and vital work.

Our telephone number is 01430 423986 and we are open 365 days a year between 11am and 2pm, no appointments necessary.

Please view our adoption policy prior to application.

This is a local animal charity that makes a real and tangible difference in the community it serves. We are a registered charity no. 1003998.
