Noah’s Story

This is the newly named Noah

Noah

He was found on an open road near Hornsea by a passing motorist, his leg was snapped in two, the bones overlapping and this was not a recent injury.  How long had the dog’s leg been like that!

The motorist, Kirsty, put him in her car and to cut the story short came to us, he went straight to Swanbridge Veterinary Practice.. The outlook was not good, the simplest thing to do was to amputate the leg but here at HAW we like to give an animal the very best possible chance in life

Special plates were ordered, these may save Noah’s leg and last Tuesday 15th he had his operation, he came through and now all we can do is wait and see, fingers crossed his bone will heal. This is the upside of the story, the downside is that the operation is costing £3000.00. A massive amount for us but we thought Noah’s leg was worth it.

Any donation towards the £3000.00 cost of the operation would be very gratefully received not just by HAW but also Noah !
